Bradford Creswell, Partner
Brad is a co-founder of NCA and has been a Partner at the Firm since 1992. He has been involved in all aspects of the Firm's activities since its founding and serves on the Boards of Frontier Packaging and NC Services Group. Prior to NCA, Brad worked in Bankers Trust's corporate finance department from 1987 to 1992. From 1982 to 1985, he worked in the audit department of Arthur Young where he earned his CPA. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Puget Sound and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

John Jacobs, Partner
John joined NCA as a Partner in 2004. He leads NCA's investment origination activities and serves on the Boards of NC Services Group and Frontier Packaging. Prior to joining NCA, John spent 23 years in investment banking in New York and Seattle. For more than 10 years, John managed Piper Jaffray's Seattle-based investment banking practice and founded the Firm's global technology practice. John was the senior banker on over 150 successful transactions that include: mergers and acquisition advisory, financial restructuring, private equity placements, defense advisory, valuations, private and public debt offerings, public offerings and leveraged buy-outs. John graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with honors and received a Master of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Donald Tisdel, Senior Operating Partner
Don co-founded NCA in 1992 with Bradford Creswell. He has been on the Boards of numerous portfolio companies, as well as other for-profit and not-for-profit entities. He currently serves on the Board of Maxum Petroleum. Currently, and for the past five years he has been Secretary-Treasurer and Board member of the United States Tennis Association. Prior to 1992, Don was President and CEO of Far West Federal Bank, a $3.5 Billion Savings Bank headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Prior to Far West, for 10 years he was President and CEO of Orbanco Financial Services, a $2 Billion diversified, national, one bank holding company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Utah, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
